OUR APPROACH
Strategic Strabismus

In today’s multi-crisis world, family business leaders often focus on short-term survival, but effective leadership requires balancing urgent needs with long-term planning.

Strategic Strabismus is our approach to achieving this balance. By addressing current challenges while planning for the future, we help leaders ensure both immediate and sustained success.
This approach integrates short-term actions with a long-term vision, safeguarding the present while securing the future of the family business across generations.
Systems Thinking

Family businesses are complex systems where emotions, traditions, and commercial imperatives intertwine.

Their management requires a holistic understanding of these interactions, identifying leverage points, and making strategic decisions that promote the system's overall health.
That will ensure business growth, family harmony, wealth protection and growth, and individual satisfaction for all family members.
ABOUT US
Empowering
Families in Business to
Thrive Across Generations
That's our Commitment to Your Legacy
Business continuity is crucial for family businesses aiming for long-term success. It’s a key factor among those that have successfully transitioned beyond the third generation, driven by the desire to pass the enterprise to future generations rather than merely complying with regulations.
However, ensuring a business thrives across generations presents challenges that require effective management. The best approach is to lay the groundwork for multigenerational entrepreneurship as early as possible, ideally starting with the first generation. As the business grows and new generations take over, increasing complexity can strain family relationships and threaten long-term sustainability if not properly addressed.

In today's complex business environment, adopting long-term oriented strategic planning and appropriate governance structures is essential. This includes aligning the family and business visions, refining decision-making processes, structuring ownership and wealth management, and enhancing performance evaluation tools to meet the demands of growing complexity.
Running a multigenerational family business is a mission that extends beyond profit. An entrepreneurial vision is vital—one that considers the social climate of the business, from the immediate family to the broader global community. This vision is intertwined with the moral responsibility of operating within and contributing to these interconnected communities.

At FiB Legacy Advisors, we specialize in supporting families in business by helping them navigate these challenges, design effective strategies, and establish the necessary structures for sustained success across generations.
